四、Quercetin(槲皮素)的抗炎活性
Quercetin(槲皮素,AbMole,M3902)在抗炎方面表现出显著的潜力。其抗炎机制主要通过抑制促炎介质(如白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α等)的产生和炎症相关酶(如环氧合酶-2)的活性来实现。例如,Quercetin还可以通过调节细胞信号通路(如NF-κB通路)来抑制炎症反应[9]。此外,Quercetin还能抑制MAPK通路,并抑制JNK、p38和ERK1/2的磷酸化,阻断炎症信号从细胞膜到细胞核的传递。
